Shipping of Your Order
Once your order is confirmed, our logistics team takes care of preparing your package.
Any order received before 12 p.m. on a business day* is, where possible, shipped the same day. Products are delivered to the shipping address that you provide during the ordering process.
The carriers we have chosen are Mondial Relay and So Colissimo (home delivery without signature).
Delivery times are provided indicatively by the carrier, and are calculated in business days. We do not control potential delays and Tresse Paris cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for them.
