Shipment of your order

Once your order is validated, our logistics team takes care of preparing your package.

Any order received before 12:00 PM, on a business day*, is shipped, whenever possible, on the same day. The products are delivered to the delivery address you indicated during the ordering process.

The carriers we have chosen are Mondial Relay and So Colissimo (Home delivery without signature).

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only by the carrier and are calculated in business days. We have no control over potential delays, and Tresse Paris cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for them.

1. Return Period and Conditions (15 days)

You have a period of 15 days after receiving your order to change your mind.

Mandatory Condition (Hygiene):
In accordance with cosmetic regulations, only products that are unopened, unused, unsealed, and in their intact original packaging may be returned. For reasons of hygiene and health protection, we cannot accept the return of any product (powder, accessory) that has been opened or tested. It must be in perfect condition for resale.

2. Are returns free?

Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Advice: To ensure your refund, we invite you to pack the products carefully and keep the carrier's proof of deposit. Do not hesitate to take a photo of the package before closing it in case of a dispute with the carrier.

3. Are exchanges possible?

We do not process standard exchanges. If you wish to change a product, the procedure is simple: return the unwanted product for a refund, and place a new order on the shop.

4. "Conditional Gift" Policy

If your order contained a gift offered based on a minimum purchase amount (e.g., Free Goodie Bag from €60):
In the event of a partial return of products, if the remaining amount of your order falls below the threshold that triggered the offer, the gift must also be returned. If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund.

5. Unclaimed Package or Incorrect Address

If your package is returned to us by the carrier for one of the following reasons:

  • Incomplete or unknown address (NPAI).
  • Package not collected at the Pick-up Point or Post Office within the time limit (Holding period expired).

Upon receipt of the return at our warehouse, we will proceed with the refund of your order, minus the return fees charged by the carrier. If you wish for reshipment, the new shipping costs will be at your expense.

6. What to do in case of Non-Receipt?

If the tracking indicates "Delivered" but you have not received anything, or if the package seems stuck:

Contact us immediately (within a maximum of 7 days after the estimated delivery date) at hello@tresseparis.com. Do not worry, we will open the investigation with the carrier ourselves.

Important note: To validate your file, a sworn statement of non-receipt as well as a copy of your ID will be required. The refund or reshipment will occur upon the closure of the carrier investigation.
