How to choose your color?
Tresse plant-based hair color blends with your natural hair color. It coats and protects the hair fiber. We recommend choosing the shade closest to your natural color, or one tone darker. Plant-based hair color allows you to intensify your base color, add beautiful highlights, or cover gray hair naturally without a “helmet” effect. Since it contains no chemicals, it cannot lighten hair. Plant-based hair color blends into your hair like a nourishing color enhancer.
What is the difference between plant-based hair color and chemical hair color?
Tresse plant-based hair color binds to the hair cuticles without breaking them, unlike conventional (chemical) hair color which “opens” the cuticles to deposit the pigment and reaches the hair shaft and bloodstream. Over time, this weakens the hair, making it brittle and porous.
Can you switch from chemical hair color to plant-based hair color?
